Takumi U Models offer 5-Axis High-Speed Machining with Outstanding Surface Finish. The Takumi one-piece casting absorbs the thrust forces of high rapids and fast cutting feeds. A one piece double-column design increases rigidity enabling higher cutting feeds while maintaining part finish. Additionally the Takumi CNC Machine ladder design of cross rails increases rigidity and eliminates head deflection. These 5-Axis models come with a 15,000 rpm Big Plus® CAT 40 inline spindle.
